Notes

• The academic robe committee would like to inform you that graduands are required to pay a deposit of $100.00 besides the robe rental fees, which will be refunded within 5 working days after the return of the robes. This term only applied to graduands who rent the robes.
  
  
• To ensure that each of the graduates makes a commitment to return the rented robes on time and in good condition. As per our announcement on 4^th July 2023, if graduates are to return the robe one week after the convocation ceremony, charges of $10.00 per week will be imposed, and therefore it will be deducted from the rental deposit. However, if graduates return the robes after 30th September 2023 and should there be any damages or loss, the robes will be considered sold and graduates are required to pay the full price of the robe.
  
  
• Payment of rental deposit could be made via BIBD online transfer, Cash Deposit Machines (CDM), or over the BIBD counter, or online transfer using Baiduri Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, or other banks. Screenshot and submit your proof of payment by completing the form at:

• For those graduands who have purchased the robes, please make full payment via online to the Finance Section, Bursar’s Office.
  
  
• Present a copy of the payment receipt to the Robe Room for confirmation of purchase.
  
  
• Cancellation of the rental and or purchase of robes is not accepted, and the deposit of money will not be refunded.
