Staff services come under the administration and the personnel sections and are described as below:
The Administration Section
The Administration Section is responsible for service records, contract renewal and promotion, posts confirmation, salary increments/reviews, leave management, discipline matters, staff appraisal, accommodation, circulars, mailing and filing. The Section is headed by an Assistant Registrar.

The Rewards Development SectionÌý
The Rewards Development SectionÌýis responsible in the development of remuneration policies and programs that enable the university to manage and motivate the workforce to a level of excellence. The Section is headed by an Assistant Registrar.
